Property was at a great location near the highway. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating area with the fire pits. Staff were not very friendly and communication was at a minimum. I messaged the property one month prior to my stay with questions and never received a response.

Property was good, clean room and comfortable beds. Only hiccup was the bathroom amenities. The shampoo/conditioner set was empty and off the rack. Normally, not an issue as I usually have my own, but had forgotten it and was depending on hotel supplies. Overall, not a big deal. I mentioned it when we checked out. Otherwise, this was a good place to stay.

Everything was fantastic with one minor exception....the hot tub was so hot it was barely tolerable. I honestly would be concerned that a child or elderly adult could be burned, it was that hot. Beyond that, it was a lovely place to stay. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the breakfast was great! Comfortable beds and pillows, and everything was spotless. Definitely would stay there again!

This is my go-to place when I visit my son in Sioux Falls! Always a good place to stay!

Very clean and new property. Breakfast was great. Location was easy to find.

New and clean. Reception clerk was not very friendly. After traveling 600+ miles the reception clerk was put out because I didn't understand every thing she told me. She sounded like an AI robot. When I asked a question she seemed disgruntled and told me everything she said was on a card in the room.

I liked that it was relatively new. I would not say that it is as clean as it should be. There was noticeable marks on the walls, stains in the carpet, and the shower floor was partially black, like it had never been cleaned. Room 219. It was fine for a nights stay. I understand that they probably don't have supervisors checking the cleanliness of each room. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine too. It served our purposes, but it would be nice if it were better maintained.

Easy to find and quiet location; very clean and well-maintained property; check-in and check-out were very smooth. Has become my go-to for every time I stay in Sioux Falls!

I’m very particular about hotels we stay in, and we’ve stayed in lots of hotels, as we like to travel a lot with our kids. We have been doing a cross country road trip and have stayed in many hotels along the way that have truly been “exceptional”. We booked this hotel based off of the ratings, and honestly, I’m not sure why it has such high ratings. I would not categorize this hotel as “exceptional” at all. It was a pretty standard and basic hotel. The room we stayed in was small and a bit cramped. We had our two young kids with us. They liked the pool, but other than that, everything else was pretty basic. We were placed in a room right by the elevators and could hear everything, even people getting ice from the ice machine. The bathroom had no ventilation/fan, and the water pressure from the shower was pretty low. Breakfast was mediocre at best and not a lot of variety or options. It did the job and provided a place to sleep, but that’s about it. Cleanliness was okay in our room, but nothing superb. Definitely not “exceptional” like it’s rated.

THE BEST Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at! Clean, comfortable, super friendly staff. Everything was easily accessible! Great location.
