Room was dirty. Didn't have a closet door which was also mirrored. No ironing board. Leftover chips and crumbs all over the floor and corners. Gigantic hair balls in the bathroom, on top of ants swarming the shower. Just pay more and go somewhere else lol. It's not worth your sanity

The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile at midnight. It was a pleasure to see after driving nine hours. The staff was excellent and helpful, our room was a perfect stop to reset before driving again.

Excellent staff Breakfast. The door connecting to the next room was unlocked, and the bathroom door would not remain closed.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. There was mold on the bathtub and a housekeeper walked into our room while we were sleeping at 7am.

The lobby was nice, staff was nice & helpful, free breakfast was good. It was a quiet area- not very noisy inside & outside. The faucet in our bathroom was halfway off the sink, the cushions on the pull out couch were very dirty & stained, the bed sheets on the king size bed were dirty & stained as well. The bathroom & carpet needs updated/renovated.

The manners of the front desk staff. Right from the beginning he looked straight at my 12 year old son and told him not to go "stamping" (sic) around the room so people below us would not complain. What kind of way is that to welcome guests?

I came to a poorly cleaned room .. desk was dirty had some sticking substance on it and the chair.. I feel stickiness on the floor. Bathroom door would not close .. rm120 need to be looked at.. the door to the room was difficult to open . Went in to the bathroom to close the door.. it wouldn't stay close the wall behind the bathroom door is bent in and rusted .. old tissue from the visitor before was found under the vanity.. staff was nice.. parking was easy.. breakfast was wonderful thank you for the stay let's just be cleaner with air freshener I doubt is they vacuum the carpet in the rooms
