Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center

The elevators didn't work most of the time ! Two of the four didn't work at all. Neither of the two that did work some of the time would stop at my flor ( the 9th ), until I checked out today. We used the freight elevator the get dow, as my wife has a bad knee, and we are in our late 60's. Being on the 9th floor made the stairs a none factor.

Upon getting to our room I noticed my room wasn’t that clean, I just went with it from waiting. Then the noise from them renovating kept us up so we just got showered and dressed for the affair we were attending early and we left . The elevator took 11 minutes to get to the 12th floor. Then upon leaving for the end of our trip it was a 20 minute wait for the elevator. We couldn’t walk down we had too many bags. Just a horrible experience

We chose this hotel as it was directly off from I95 during our trip home from Myrtle Beach so we had been in the car for eleven hours. Our goal was to have something close to the highway with a restaurant available as we had to continue on our journey home early in the morning. Little did we know how fantastic this restaurant would be! The entire hotel was beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. If we are ever on a road trip again, this will be our stop!

No starbucks in morning

Not happy they do not give a free breakfast and they charge too much for parking.

Breakfast was good even though there was a cost. Fitness room served it's purpose. The pool was not maintained a lot of things floating and it was empty so definitely would have benefited from a cleaning. The sauna door was ajar so the light didn't say on and the settings should be adjusted. Women's Locker room was clean.

Nothing on the posting said you had to pay $18 a day to park your car there and the elevators were slow and no microwave in rooms. Also the shower leaked on the floor

The front desk staff didn't tell us that some floors have no refrigerator in the room! They didn't tell us to use the room card as a key card for the parking garage. After all, they try to charge us twice for overnight parking. They didn't tell us that the parking lot has a high limit, and the roof cargo hit the selling. Terrible experience!

Place was clean. TV in the room gave no home page or directions for use. There was no food, no breakfast, not even coffee or continental in the lobby. Parking for 1 night stay was $20 that was billed to my room and instructions to exit parking garage were unclear. I expected so much more from Hilton. For the price, I could’ve done much better elsewhere.
