The ice machine was broken for a week. The washing machine soaked my clothes without spinning them out properly. The laundry and ice machine room the next week it was fixed the door was broken and the staff couldn't unlock it. When I extended my stay they wanted me to pay an extra $50 dollars to stay in my room or I would have to leave from 11am to 3pm with all my stuff and check back in. The TV was set on store display mode so, portions of the picture on the TV would be covered up constantly with different graphics. This was annoying. I will say my room was clean. The room was large too compared to other hotels I have stayed at. When you don't have a refrigerator in your room ice is important. If the price wasn't right I would be livid.

Sheets had hair in it, toilet wasn’t cleaned, toilet seat was disgusting, toilet lid was damaged, no conditioner or hand soap, and most likely mistakenly took my towel, no mini fridge, no microwave, no iron even at the front desk. Sheets had burn holes in it, outside room door was dirty.

The walls, bed in my room shook the whole night because of understandable activities of the next room occupants. This was a cardboard box. There is no fridge or microwave. The water in the bathroom is always extremely hot. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
