Loved the layout and set up of the studio we stayed in… what a great place for a family to stay, perfect for someone on a business trip and great for a couple who just needed a one night stay!

The only notable issue is that the property is only accessible from the road by car. It is surrounded by highway type roads.

The breakfast spread was very good. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. The room was cleaned every other day which was fine. However the room floor was not cleaned properly. The tea/coffee in the room was not replenished and there was no electric kettle to boil water.

The breakfast options were great, and I appreciated the real plates, bowls and utensils available, both at breakfast and in the room.

The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were always helpful. A few items such as a blanket for the fold out sofa was not in the room and when asked for one it was not delivered.

Unfortunately, the hotel maintenance is lacking into major ways, the hallways smell like a dog kennel up and down all the floors really strong. More importantly, during my stay here, I was bit by bedbugs and my arm blew up like a grapefruit with shooting pain for what may be up to seven days after leaving the hotel, according to my physician The bite occurred during the night while sleeping on the mattress in my room number 330 Never really thought about bedbugs before, but I can tell you if you’re ever bit by them. It is the most painful bite ever and after days corticosteroids prescribed by my physician, I’m still dealing with swelling and a large red circle the size of a grapefruit around the bite mark. In closing, the people there were fantastic, I hope the management takes action before others have to go through this

I did not get the correct room. I was moved twice once because the room was not wheelchair friendly and the other because of bugs in the room.

Clean comfy rooms They had a pool party for a kids birthday party and there was no supervision and kids jumping everywhere in pool doing back flips. .we had a baby and they were dangerous conditions . No staff intervened . Breakfast was out of so much stuff and not refilled
