Great family stay, a lot of stores and restaurants close by.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was great, with a microwave, large refrigerator, And a dish washer. Clean room. Breakfast was just ok, which was expected. Plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent, with opportunity to eat outside, and hours were long enough to be flexible. There was a small enclosed dog park at the rear of the facility which was an unexpected but welcomed extra for travelers with dogs. A bench in the dog park to sit while the dogs exercised would have been welcomed.

Many hotel booking sites greatly embellish the rooms. I can honestly say that I was impressed with the room when I arrived. Very roomy, couch, table, bed (of course), microwave, TV, refrigerator, dishes, cups and a dishwasher. The bath was well stocked and clean. Parking was adequate on site with a nearly shopping center and restaurants within walking distance. The only thing I found unusual is that the documentation in the room stated that they clean the room every 4 days (I assume that is with a continuous stay). Overall, a pleasant experience that I can say that I would recommend this property.

Exceptional

Everything was great only thing I will say is the guy that checks the pool at night did have a slight attitude because we were a little behind on time when the pool was closing we literally just didn’t know what time it was. Also there were stains on the cushions on the couch I also realized we were sneezing a lot in the room first thought were it must have been a dog in there. So I think maintenance should do better cleaning the rooms my allergies were through the roof. Besides that everything else was great.

Breakfast was good. Wholesome. well spread and you can continue eating even when the time is over. There is no rush from the Lady who managed the breakfast.

Have stayed here a few times due to its convenient location. Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful. Only negative is breakfast selection which has come down significantly last couple of years.

The front desk staff could have been more friendlier...The boy who checked me in and out did not smile and seemed annoyed when he asked me questions. I was also disappointed they only did housekeeping every other day....

The floor of our room was very dirty. The bottom of my socks were dirty. We asked for a bathtub and got a shower. The trash cans did not have liners. The queen sheets and covers did not fit the king bed. The hangers were broken. The breakfast was not stocked - lots of kids. The hotel did not seem to be prepared for the crowd at breakfast. The shower floor was slippery - my husband fell. No one attended the desk in the late evening.

Property was nice and well kept. The free complimentary breakfast each morning was amazing! Overall a great experience.
