Very good Healthy breakfast, Cleanliness and Hygienic environment, The manager always ensure that clients feel welcomed and feel free, Security is very good as well and receptionist also always available and willing to assist with everything. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest... Nothing

The room was clean. The linen was clean. Staff brought things immediately when asked. There was an issue with my shower but it was resolved the same day. Security was good There were no plates or cutlery in the room. We did not get a remote for the gate so needed to wait for the gate to be opened.

Failing to refill soap and there was no air freshener at the restroom while the did not properly close

The variety offered at breakfast was wonderful. They should just try to have everything ready by 7am for those who need to leave early, otherwise it was good. I had supper and that was so amazing !!!!!

It came to my astonishment to be told that I wld pay for the braai facilities if I want to use braai area and if I come with my braaied meat I wld not utilise the dining room I wld eat it in the room

Was ok but no fruits available for breakfast. Room was clean but needs a Revamp! Older Facility and loud Pool Pump adjecent to our bedroom!

The environment very peaceful, Staff super friendly special the Lady in Reception (APHELELE) she makes you feel at home and always willing to assist , The beds very much comfortable. The breakfast needs a lil bit improvement was nice though scale of 10 would be 5

Good breakfast Wrong advertising. No gowns or slippers as advertised. Not a 4 star facility as claimed. Broken shower handle fixed with sellotape in room 11. Room 4 bed is broken balanced with a brick under the base. Dirty and smelly carpet. No TV remote in room 4. I had to pay additional fee to be moved from room4 to room 11 due to smelly carpet.
