Staff were friendly and closely located to work. The Internet was not bad. very nice service, cleaning every day When we arrived, my room did not have a toilet seat, however, management quickly upon indicating to them fix the issue. I also would have preferred a bit more security and ventilation for the room

Nothing Electrical cables all over the show giving izinyokanyoka illegal connections, absolute poor workmanship from the electrician who did the infrastructure refurbishment of the room I stayed in. Plumbing is not up to scratch as well. Bathroom door kept coming off the track/railing Every time you open/close it. The room was just a huge disappointment and poor communication from the owner of the place.

Palm tree B&B was exceptional ?? We we're welcomed by such friendly people. The place was clean, neat, and comfortable. Loved the braai area and pool specially cause it was hot when we arrived. Thank you so much for being able to assist us, Palm Tree b&b will definitely see us whenever we go to East londen!!! At far, one of the best places we stayed in! We will recommend this place to all friends and families Regards Pienaar Family ? Absolute nothing... we loved it!!!
