The location and the room layout. Looks as if this is more like accommodation where contract workers are housed. Had to deal with guests that were snorting while sitting in the breakfast area and were eating with their hands and spoons. Seems that they do not know how to use a fork and knife. I did not even return to the breakfast area after my first visit.

Breakfast was really good. The only negative was that the shower drain was blocked so standing in water while showering was really not pleasant.

The lady working in the facility is friendly and very helpful and made us a nice breakfast. Although the building is beautiful,the furniture in the room is old and there was a bad mouldy smell in the room.i thought maybe it's the walls that are maybe wet or dirty carpets placed next to the bed ,it just didn't smell fresh.There was also a dirty,noisy aircon above the shower it goes on automatically when you switch on the toilet light,it was very irritating when showering..
