Peace and quiet, clean. 1. Ran out of water for shower and toilet facilities on 2nd day, stuff continued like it was normal day. 2. Tv was not working properly 3. Room had a carpet

Nothing, the only place that looked okay is the reception. Anything beyond that is really misrepresented. The place looks old and not well maintained. The room was old, not clean and stuffy, no coffee, no two pin sockets or any other modern socket to change devices. This is ridiculous in 2024. Kettle was old, chipped and severely blemished. The water pressure was so low. There was no one to assist when I called the reception to get help with a two pin adapter, to the extent that my phone battery died and almost missed my next meeting . At check in, I did not receive my Driver’s license back and only noticed while boarding my flight .Upon calling the place, all the lady could say is “sorry I forgot to return it to you. I then had to request for it to be couriered to my home which is 1000km away. This place is advertised as a 5 start lodge. This is criminal, the place worth only 30% of what I paid. Absolutely ludicrous.

We were given 2 of the worst rooms. Had water drip right in front of the door. Due to broken gutter. We booked the 2 main bedrooms and was not given those rooms until the next day , when I approached the receptionist. I was not pleased with what occurred. Will never book or recommend Casabella guesthouse to anyone. You will not get what you booked.

Oh Zandie is so sweet, she is so welcoming to her visitors The property was also clean as well and my kids enjoy themselves in the swimming pool
