Struggled with the stairs to the rooms, if there could be rooms downstairs to accomodate people who struggle to walk up the stairs Though carpert was clean, the establishment might consider changing the carpert to other flooring

Clear instructions of how to check in and out Too many people around the same space. Some privacy would have been nice.

Good location near the beach. The room was advertised with aircon but remote of the aircon was removed from the room and owner told us that we need to pay extra 50R to use Aircon. If that is the case, room should be advertised as “aircon with extra fee”or owner simply must rise the charge of the room. There was the loadshedding so I asked the owner Emmergency light but she told us that there was battery working so we would have lights. When loadshesding started, There was only one light working at the bedroom and was no light in the bathroom. There was no proper coffee available in the room , only soggy harden Ricoffy and no sugar. We were disappointed by false advertisement and bad service.

The place is very peaceful and nice The fact that there is no toilet door, when you use toilet there's no privacy. I'm not booking that place and when I asked the owner, "she said its the modem way"

The property was easily accessed and the parking situation was good even though it looked a bit tight there were no issues. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was super cute and cosy. The room and facilities were also clean and tidy. The beds were a bit hard and the pillows were too soft and thin for me personally. Although sleep is a personal preference and some might enjoy that

I booked because of the area and the room didn't disappoint. It was clean and comfortable The microwave didn't work but it wasn't the end of the world. The host was lovely.
