Lovely facilities. We’ve enjoyed the stay. The bunk bed area is difficult to get to and not cleaned properly

The place is so intimate and cozy , calm and natural I loved everything about it. Only the breakfast that is prepared a day before I for one love fresh breakfast and hot.

• Very modern architecturally designed building with comfortable rooms with keyless entry. Have to use a code. • Separate large communal rooms with state of the art coffee making facilities, dining table and chairs and really comfortable seating area where we enjoyed our sundowners • Kitchenette small but well equipped and medium size under counter fridge. • Delicious continental breakfast which was beautifully presented • Magic rain shower with all toiletries supplied. Great light for makeup mirror Quiet and close to beach. No air conditioning in the room (but didn’t need it) Nowhere to put suitcases

The property was very clean with modern decoration ♥️,The staff was friendly and kind ,location was great close to almost all the areas we visited ????♥️ Breakfast was cold because it was refrigerated overnight,at 1st I thought it’s because we arrived late so they didn’t get a chance to ask us what we would prefer for breakfast,but even the day after still breakfast was refrigerated with no variety of options to choose from ?

This was a 5 star stay. We had a very warm welcome. Me and my daughter had a wonderful stay. Would definitely go there again and highly recommend. Friendly staff and owners. The staff cleaned everyday and breakfast was put in the fridge ready for the next morning every afternoon. We also could helped ourself to the lovely cuppachino machine in the dining area. Felt like we were at a retreat.

Very beautiful place definitely coming back

I didn't get to use my stay as Sheree, racially profiled me with disgust upon my arrival. She was rather upset with me for arriving an hour earlier as she had agreed to give me an early check in. Without being hospitable, she refused to give us even a seat in her establishment as we would wait the hour prior to book in. She quickly said we should return at 2pm with the normal check in times and that 08:30am would be a matter of "if I have the room ready you can use it, if not. Return at 2pm." Keep in mind I asked before leaving Durban for an early morning check in, she agreed. Upon my arrival she refuted her commitment. Everything. The dishonestly. The disrespect - on arrival my husband mentioned at the gate that we had arrived and her response was an exasperated & disrespectful "oh WOW!!!" We have never been treated this poorly within the hospitality industry as this day. Zero accommodation. Zero communication after booking & money paid full. To date, I have requested a refund based on not using the property due to her unprofessionalism and lack of accountability upon my request.

Lots of improvement needs to be done on the breakfast.

Breakfast was a let down. Pre-packed in fridge. Very little communication with staff/hostess. Ants were a problem with food left on counter.
