Don’t usually love Melbourne, but this hostel completely changed my experience. It genuinely felt like coming home. The people were amazing, the staff were so welcoming. Especially Ash, she made me feel like I was staying with friends rather than at a hostel. The rooms and amenities were clean, comfortable and really cozy. There was such a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Melbourne. Thank you so much for such an amazing stay and for showing me that Melbourne can actually be pretty nice. ❤️

I liked the amazing service and friendliness of the staff. They would go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care off. (An extra special shout out to Ash and Ruby). The WIFI would constantly cut off of my laptop device when watching videos.

Loved the stay!!!! One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Literally in the city center (CBD) and it offers a very good customer service. They even do many free tours (if booked in advance) and they do a lot of night events as well (movie night etc)
