Enjoyed the location, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and pubic areas. Comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure. The menu in the restaurant was very good and the quality of the food excellent. A special mention to the friendliness of the staff throughout the entire hotel, it was refreshing to see without exception very happy, friendly staff.

Breakfast was great and my wife got excellent service from the Chef (as she is vegan) and he made an extra effort. nothing in particular. Pool narrow if more than one person using it

Comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Good breakfast and we enjoyed a lovely dinner in the restaurant. Location is fantastic - just away from the hubbub but still close to get to everything. Trams across the road and walking distance to many things.

Great spot. This was our second stay at Lanson Place Gardens and we would definately stay again. Have stayed in a one bedroom and also a studio 2 doubles, both of which have been great. Love the kitchen facilities as well as the gym. Great spot and friendly staff. No need to use the car park next door - just park on the street out front. All great.

We had a very comfortable stay for one night the bed was great and the room air conditioning was easy to control. Breakfast was good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We were in a room in the original building and we did not have much of a view, if you care about a view go higher or ask to face the park. We were happy for one night. I would have liked muesli for breakfast as an option.
