I loved the urban decor and its location near trams and trains and the theatre It was great to have happy hour each day when all the guests got together for a drink - very social and fun to have as an extra! Nothing really - my aircon didn’t work but it wasn’t a big deal and the staff were amazing at remedying it and offering solutions and little extras

Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Room was clean. Service was warm and friendly. It took a while for me to understand the lights in the room and get used to the many mirrors.

The location, the room The pillows! Too soft for me personally. I probably could have requested firmer or additional pillows.

Perfect location, so close to the theatres we were visiting, plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, tram stop close by, the staff helpful with restaurant recommendations, a comfortable, clean welcoming space, ideal for women travelling solo or with friends. The complimentary drinks in the lobby of an evening was a great way of connecting with other guests and the staff. It didn't affect myself, but my two friends had rooms facing out into the street. They mentioned some noise during the night/early hours which could have been rubbish trucks, but it certainly wasn't loud or disruptive enough to request a room change.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Enjoyed the hosted drinks. Good breakfast Air con was a bit of a problem. Unable to control temperature in bedroom and it was too hot.

Excellent customer service, great location to our needs. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Happy hour was a relaxed and enjoyable addition to our stay. Staff attended to our every needs. Will be back. Entrance to the hotel did not reflect the rooms. Very small but also a cosy and casual atmosphere.
