The size of the Room The decor was dated and in need of repair. Room service closed at 10. I rang at 0945 three times and eventually was told that I couldn't order from the menu because they cut off orders early. They rang back and changed their mind but the whole thing was unprofessionally done. The lounge chairs were fancy 1970's style but were worn and uncomfortable.

Staff were lovely. Room was clean and spacious. My key stopped working twice. So had to go down and get that fixed. No heating in the room so had to ask for a heater and blanket to be provided. M club is not secluded and quiet like at other hotels.

The size of the room was great. It has a desk with 2 chairs & another lounge chair. This was comfortable for 2 people. It has plenty of space for luggage & bags too. The breakfast was the same every single day.
