The location was great for our needs. The room was nice and it was great having a bar & restaurant on premise. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We got an upgraded room but I had to sleep on a rollaway bed. Dinner was nice but they obviously forgot our order so it was delayed significantly. They did comp our second drinks.

Great hotel with a bar and restaurant. Our room was lovely and very modern, nice new bathrooms. Walking distance to all the theatres so that was great. First stay here so we enjoyed it Disappointed a little in the city view we paid for, more messy roof lines and tops of buildings. And the bed pillows were so high and not usable to sleep with. The pillows were like decoration pillows and not a normal height for sleeping, i had a terrible nights sleep. The rooms were hot even though I set temp to lowest it would go.

Location, service and room were nice. Pillows were too thick, I couldn't sleep. I did not reach out to reception, it was a single night stay. I am sure they would have rectified it.

Accomodating to our needs, friendly customers service, clean facilities. Enjoyed the shower. Friendly service at the restaurant, our buffet breakfast was excellent. In room dining was good. Hard to chase up extra supplies like toilet paper, extra towels or sanitary bags. Or needing maintenance for certain things in the room that needed addressing. Parking very expensive and quite busy.

Good value for money, good location, spacious rooms, beautiful decor and friendly staffs. Cleanliness could be improved. We found hair on the towels twice, and there was a shoe mark on a towel. The drinking glasses also had leftover wine stains, as if they had not been properly washed.
