A lovely clean and quiet room. Would recommend. There is no ramp into the hotel so a staff member kindly helped with my case. Would help if there was as I wondered how elderly etc navigated this.

Very clean. And comfortable. Easy to find. Staff exceptionally friendly. Had a lovely anniversary stay. A little bit of street noise. But still very good.

Good location, substantial breakfast. Car was damaged while in the "hotel" car park. Not observed until we returned home so not reported.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there which was very nice. Location was excellent for theatre which is what we needed. Would stay again We couldn’t stay longer

Good location, clean and safe. The complete lack of soundproofing in the walls. I was awake all hours of the night hearing people in their rooms next door. Also, the shower pressure is very, very weak.

Location is PERFECT for theatre and MCG, China town for food, easy access to public transport and the CBD. Buffet breakfast included in our prices was delicious and lots on offer. The bar downstairs is handy. Parking very close if you choose to drive. Our bathroom! Stupid placement of tap in vanity. Vanity very high. No hooks to hang your clothes whilst in the bathroom. The large rain shower head is not enough water pressure to wash your hair. Lights over the very high vanity difficult for applying makeup, & large full length mirror in the room has no lighting near it, or no power point near it if you wanted to do you hair out of the bathroom while someone else used the bathroom.
