Quality Inn & Suites Syracuse - Carrier Circle

The staff did their best with what they are given but the property is not safe or clean, images are VERY MISLEADING OF THE PROPERTY. I was given a room number-- the 1st room was never cleaned The second room we were sent to had pubic hair in the shower and the floors had not been mopped. The third room was "new" -- yet smelled very strongly of thick cigarette smoke and drywall plaster. The AC was stuck on 60. We were freezing and coudnt breathe from the smell. The fourth room was a single bed (we had booked 2) and was fine until morning. This was now 2 am. Rooms-- are not cleaned or well kept, they have added new bedding and accents, but that cannot cover up years of poor maintenance and poor house cleaners. Property-- had a lot of unsafe activities- smelled of weed, people were loitering in the parking lot, seemed more like a drug hangout than a Quality Inn. Staff-- did their best- I truly wish the new management all the luck.

Good place, well maintained, lots of parking, pool was out of service, helpful staff, nothinf special but had no issues. Breakfast selection was okay

First floor smelled liked heavy perfume and cigarettes.

Shady check in. Felt like staff were manually capturing credit card details, no pre with on machines. Hotel was very dirty, bathroom door was extremely difficult to close and open, rust and mold in bathroom. Tv took 3-5 business days to turn on.

Our stay was worst ever room was never cleaned mirror was falling off bathroom wall building was not secure I will never use quality inn again

This property was under construction which was fine. Guests were very loud in the halls. It was very out dated and quite dirty.

The noise on our floor in the middle of the night was soooooo loud we couldn’t sleep. If we fell asleep we were woken up by the noise. It was as tho people were coming through our door. I did not complain to the front desk because we needed to leave early and we really weren’t close to the front lobby.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The curtains did a good job of blocking outside light. The phone didn't work (it appeared to be disconnected from the wall in some manner), so I was unable to request a wake-up call for my 5 am departure. The hair dryer was missing, so I had to sleep with wet hair. The instructions for connecting to their wi-fi failed. I am a retired IT director and know how to manage this.

The placed was not what i expected from the site. There was renovation going on and i wasn't aware of.my door is hardly close. I wasn't impressed with the room but the staff were excellent.

The first room I checked into was flooded. The next room was clean but with a terrible smell of fried food coming from air conditioning. Coffee was good

Nothing Should have closed while renovating, leaky fridge in room, no towels, bfast was disappointing, no tongs in any of the bread containers and woman filling stuff up had no gloves on

Room was fine except for temperature control room was cold and no way to warm it up , went to front desk and they told me they would check it but nothing was done for three days. the cold temperature.

The exit from the middle of the building to the outside was unlocked and often propped open posing what I would consider a safety concern. There was very minimal options available at the breakfast. As someone who can’t eat gluten, my only options were questionable hard boiled eggs and small strawberry yogurt. I ended up passing. Luckily the coffee was pretty good.
