Suburban Studios East Syracuse Carrier Circle

The room was run down badly and because there was a concert in town I was screwed over on the rate. This hotel is not worth anything over $100 a room and I was charged nearly $350 for it. I will never pay this again for a quality inn. I was in town because a family member was in the hospital and this place is not worth the over inflated price.

The facility was fairly clean. Spider web in corner of window, hidden by curtain, that had been there for quite awhile. The room size was acceptable The room had not been reviewed for having the minimum staging and functions: Refrigerator was new but not plugged in nor near any potential electrical outlet. No utensils, hangers, blanket, directions for the TV, ... When we arrived to our room there was plastic still in the hallway and they didn't seem to actually be ready for people to stay in that wing. Our shower was filthy with boot prints like it was just installed. We didn't have a microwave or fridge and our lights by the bed didn't have lightbulbs. We went to a concert and came back and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but they didn't restock yogurt when it was out. They need to put signs up with maps or arrows on where to go. People were lost everywhere and it was very confusing.

Pet Friendly Our room wasn’t cleaned properly. Requested towels and when they were brought up they were left on the floor outside the door. No microwave. Room didn’t have a tv remote & when requested, never received

The staff was amazing. There were problems with our room, the AC wasn’t working, they got us in a room that was better. You can tell they are trying to do renovations and fix up the place. Things were not perfect but the staff did the best they could to make your stay the best it could be.

Good price and value for money. Super nice staff at check in . Great breakfast had waffles , hard boiled eggs, yogurt , coffee , juice cereal , bagels toast and muffins. The WiFi was a little spotty Building is older so it is getting renovations and not perfect but is still clean and comfortable.

I was very disappointed. They did not have all my towels at first but said the would send them. Never showed up. No hair dryer. Said they had one then didn’t. Saw bugs in the lobby. 3 buses of children showed up. VERY loud. Finally I checked out at 630 AM and got a call at 2 pm of why I didn’t check out yet. I actually turned my keys into a person and checked out at the desk!

Horrible stay. Staff wasn't helpful at all, problems all the time with this place

The rooms were very clean and up-to-date. It's still under construction, so I wasn't able to use the pool area and breakfast. There was limited options. We have no type of meat option. A tray of beef or Turkey bacon would have been nice well other than that. There's no complaints. Rome do come with a kitchen, but I don't believe they have the cooking utensils, so just bring your own which really sucks for those people that would rather cook

Shower was broke bad check in was in organized with the rooms had to wait for my room to be assigned and I paid everything ahead of time

The price Beds were old and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned hallway smelled like cigarette smoke in a no smoking building

Room needs to be cleaned per shower and ac in corner is outdated.

Breakfast was low quality and parking lots were dirty

Despite they are going through many renovations the staff is amazing and does a great job with maintaining the property. The staff is friendly and willing to help in whatever they can. The rooms are clean and maintained continuously. Made my stay very enjoyable.

They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.

The hotel was perfectly fine for a night or two. For a long-term stay, we would want more comfort.

There wasn't really anything for the breakfast.

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel.
