Rodeway Inn & Suites East Windsor

Very clean but also not in the best condition when it came to the carpet having a iron print in the carpet due to someone dropping it, then the toilet flooding the bathroom overnight while make a very loud obnoxious noise with a couple roaches and a bed bug on the other bed, also the burn holes in the blankets and shower curtains were displeasing to see but staff and maintenance were very nice. Upset about the pet fee and a deposit as it did not say anything about in the booking part but still satisfied

bad smell in the lobby and in the room; no Ice machine; bathroom fan broken with the ceiling falling down; no breakfast area available (showed in the pictures); not a good evening service from the front desk; 1 Lamp missing and couldn't get one from the front desk (we had to eat with an head lamp!!!) ...

The rooms weren’t clean, found bugs in the bathroom, found a used vape from a previous guest in the bed, and a lot of dust on the ceiling. The room was not well maintained either. None of the outlets worked, and the hair dryer was broken and a piece of metal fell out of it and could have cut me. The people that work there are nice, but the room was disgusting.

The room i had smelled like someone had the room before and had 5 dogs and never took them outside, there was black mold on the walls as well as mold on the seam of inner and out parts of the bathtub. Inwent down to front desk to ask for cleaning supplies and some air freshener, he replied that he does not have access to that area, then I asked if he any other rooms available, he said he did not have any other rooms available. I had no choice but to stay. Woke in the morning to get ready for work to find my clothes smelled like dogs. And it was not due to my dog. Let me not leave out the $100 deposit when it should have only been $50 due to me paying with a credit card.

Couldn't use the pool

While the staff were friendly, the pool was closed, there was no elevator so we had to carry everything up stairs. Once we got to the room, we were hit with the odor of pee and every piece of furniture had stains on it and were ripped up to shreds. Bed was super uncomfy and felt like laying on springs. Really wished we just spent the extra money to stay at a nicer hotel. Live and you learn.

I reserved and had paid for a "King Suite" but when I arrived the room I was given did not have a king bed. The roomed smelled horrible and the there were two holes in the walls. The restaurant was closed and most, if not all, of the amenities (pool, fitness center, laundry room) were "under construction." The hallway carpets are quite dirty, and this hotel looks very different from the pictures on Hotels com. The only positive thing I can say is the front desk clerk refunded me my money as I refused to stay in a dirty, smelly room with two holes in the walls that was not the room I reserved.

The property is going through renovation at this time so my review may not stand after renovations are done. Needless to say the room bathroom had a burn mark on the ceiling, the part of the toilet dispenser was missing, the tall lamp in the room was broken and was hanging off the side, there was a socket coming out of the wall, the wall had a hole in it and the paint on the wall was peeling/scratched in the room I had.

The fitness center was closed off and so was the pool

The stay was okay.

Nothing Theres cockroaches. No pool no laundry room no workout room like it said.. plus no TV at all. No breakfast. Then they still haven't given me my money back

location was great

A warrant was being served by two policre on a resident when we arrived. Not the hotel's fault but unnerving. We got a room with a king bed and a pull out for our soon. No blanket or pillow for the pullout. We asked at the desk and were told they didn't have any as they were all at the cleaners for the weekend. We had to go to a big box store and spend our own money on bedding. At $160/night it was a splurge. The room itself was kinda dirty and still smelled like weed (as did the whole hallway on the 2nd floor). When our son stripped the pullout the next morning, it had a large reddish pink stain on the mattress. Gross! When we checked out, the guy at the desk said he'd follow up on the smoking in a nonsmoking hotel. Maybe he did. He also said the manager would contact us about needing to purchase our own bedding. That was a Saturday and it's now Wednesday. Nothing. We weren't expecting an Eloise at the Plaza situation from a roadside hotel but couldn't have foreseen it being this bad.
