Overall pleasant experience. Breakfast was a little sparse {no decaf coffee, no yogurt, etc )

Corridors are stained , hair dryer does not work , bfast is very minimal

Comfortable stay enabled with great continental breakfast , quiet ambience and warm hospitality !!👍❤️👏

The staff was short with us. We let them know that our room was infested with ants (bathroom, carpers, everywhere), and they didn't care. Dirty room infested with ants.

When we arrived there were five people outside smoking near the front door. had to walk through a cloud of cigarette stench and smoke. There are literally hundreds of cigarette butts all over the ground in front of the entire front entrance. When we. got to our room those same people were directly outside our room window and literally looked at me when I opened the curtain. They were loud and qwe could hear them talking clearly. I went to the front desk to ask to have our room changed and the manager said quote 'well people hang out". WOW. Our room was changed and it was quieter. The shower was nasty. There was no furniture in the room except for a desk and cheap pleather chair. We will absolutely not stay here again.

The entrance of the lobby smells great I like the taste of the lemon water, it was refreshing. I did ot like the smell coming from the bathroom. The shower curtain need to change every other day.

The room needs repairs and better cleaned Room 118 the molding along the floor hanging off and under the desk area looks like some made a mess and hasn’t been cleaned up on the back panel underneath.the doors at the entrance could be painted

Nice stay but breakfast is horrible. Not much except muffins from a box. Pkged. Basically all carbs. Nothing good otherwise id goice it 5 stars The breakfast very disappointing

Don’t book there. Beds covering had cigarette burns in the blankets. Bed platform broken. No sink stopper. TV didn’t have normal channels. Room was less than clean. Hotels.com should not list them.

I liked that I could check in online ahead of arriving Two women at counter when we arrived, one was actively working getting people checked in the other one just sat there and said "she'll help you in a minute". Our bathroom sink was cracked to the point of it being a starburst. There was a hole in the ceiling in the shower. The toilet had part of someones bowel movement in it and no matter how many times I flushed it crap would come back. The walls are so thin that you hear everything going on in the rooms around you. I doubt that we will ever stay at another Baymont.

Not much It’s a 100% non smoking facility…except the outside was like a giant ashtray. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Trash can was filthy. Something stuck on the desk.

No hot water

It’s a good hotel, my room did smell funny, even the hallways toward my room had a smell, the bathroom was pretty clean for the most part and the room was kept pretty good also, for some reason the sheet I had on the bed smelled like piss

Location was good. Price decent. Check-in easy Breakfast options aren’t great. Waffle iron timer was not working. Juices provided tasted watered down and not very flavorful. Lemon water offered in the lobby was just plain gross. We had a snail on the ceiling of our bathroom
