The whole building isn’t really clean!

Kind of run down outside of the lobby and pool areas. Beds were clean and comfortable, although we saw a mouse in our room, so the staff let us switch rooms. There wasn’t an elevator we could see, so we had to lug all our suitcases up the stairs, which was a pain. Free breakfast wasn’t great. It was definitely a budget hotel. If you need a basic place to stay and aren’t picky, it’s ok. Close to the Hartford airport and plenty of parking.

It was. Rats n unprofessional they gave me a bad room. It was not good and I did not like the stay

The facility looks run down fr9om the outside and everything that was said about the room and the breakfast being included was a lie. That was shut down due to an inspection. The hallways and carpet was filled with mold and dirt. The only thing good was the pool for my grand babies. That's it will never go again.

Rooms were cleanH Had to pay 10.00 to check in early No one came in to replace towels. Had to walk to front desk for towels. No hair dryer in the room. The hotel itself has gone down hill. RUN down looking, trash everywhere. We will not stay here again

Very Dirty Run Down Place. Police Were There On Check In, there was mold in the vent in the shower, There Was trash all around the property. The hallway smelt like weed the entire time. Overall I mean it was a place to put your head but I will NEVER be staying there again.

The hotel is rundown and dirty. It was extremely loud past 10pm due to some party going on. But the most frustrating part of the stay is that we were double charged for our stay, and have been trying to get our money back for over two months. The manager is not returning our phone calls or emails. It’s a scam.

Nothing. There was a mouse actively running in the halls, the entire floor smelled, the halls were suffocatingly hot, my bathroom had no fan and the ceiling was molded.

They were dirty, pool was dirty, ashes and burns in rugs. Bedbugs - overcharged on a card when rooms were paid for. The desk people were idiots and had no clue how to work computer, key cards, reservations. Condom in parking for days. Disgusting. Breakfast was barely out, cereal stale just gross. Do not go!!! I know everyone has their own thoughts on reviews but hands down this place deserves a negative review in every way possible! Everything - mold in bathroom

We had no choice but to stay here after booking 3 nights online and couldn’t cancel or get a refund . The place looks beautiful when you go to check in but once you get past the lobby the place is a disgusting mess. Nasty dirty diapers by the pool for the whole 3 days we were there. Definitely didn’t use the pool because it was absolutely disgusting everywhere, The outside was horrible, trash over flowing, trash all over the parking lot , the halls smelt like mildew, rugs in hall were soaking wet. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone or would everrrr stay here again. Left luggage outside due to the filth and worried about bugs getting in our bags. Smoke alarm was beeping every 5 minutes which kept us up almost every night and asked first night to get fixed. House cleaning neverrrr came. Had to use my own towels and pillows. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ever. No breakfast as advertised! Restaurant that is attached was closed the whole time we stayed. Runnnn as fast as you can to a different hotel

Cuándo yo hice la reserva, dice que había desayuno incluido y no lo dieron la piscina apestaba orín y un chismosa se le dijo y la contesta de ella fue que ya lo habían hecho. Los cuartos estaban sucios y yo tuve que limpiar con cosas que compré y valían como a comida

This was the worse stay I've ever experienced, the place is a dump, smells like old food, marijuana and cigarettes, no hot water and pool is disgusting and not heated.

It was indicated that there will be free breakfast, but on Sunday morning when we went downstairs, there was no breakfast and no reason was given why that was the case, The hallways and the staircase especially were very dirty. We were only given 2 face towels. Overall, I will not recommend this place to anyone. The workers were nice but the facility is not.
