Great breakfast, full English, well presented No complaints.
-
Bedroom size Quite a lot. Very limited breakfast, especially for families. Room, had only one double socket for a family of 3, any other sockets were mounted on skirting boards really close to the floor so we could not use them. Really dated, in need of a refurb, which had a handy man drilling and cutting to replace rotten floor joists of the outdoor decking. Did not expect so much noise. Lift had seen better days too.

Location, close to the centre of the town and the railway station, Smell of damp in the bathroom.

Nice space and well located. Friendly staff Nothing

Although the room and shower room were very small, they were clean nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location very good. Next time will try for larger room overlooking sea.ve

Lovely staff, great location, delicious breakfast, Seaview The only thing I can say and it's not really a "Didn't like" but if at all possible a ramp would be easier for people with mobility issues.

Another great stay. Greeted by Debbie who checked us in efficiently and then Orla looked after guests in the evening and Sarah ran the breakfast room to precision as usual. The breakfast was delicious, eggs cooked to perfection. Only one night this time, but we stayed in the newly and beautifully decorated room 14. The colour scheme is so calming and the feature wallpaper and rich luscious curtains are gorgeous. The decorating is of a really high standard. Plus this room overlooks the glorious Eastbourne beach and pier. My only "little" criticism would be that two bedside lamps would be better than one and perhaps a dressing table instead of the chest of drawers. Thanks again for a lovely stay. We look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The location was fantastic, right by the seafront. I also really liked the character of the hotel, the large breakfast, and the lovely conservatory, which was a great place to sit and work. The Polish lady at the reception was particularly friendly and welcoming. The single room was quite small, and the shower was also very small and a little tired. The fridge was quite noisy, although I really appreciated having one in the room!

Good location Had to park a long way from the hotel No signal for the TV Beds not comfortable

Staff were really nice to us and the hotel is very well located, beachfront. Close to grocery shops and restaurants. We went there during summer and it was very hot! The staff was able to provide us a fan, but it wasn’t enough, the room gets super hot and you cannot fully open the windows. We also had a small issue where the heater was on by default (which made things worse haha), but it was sorted.

Nice room, good location The breakfast wasn't the best quality.

The executive suite was beautiful. The breakfast.

The price seemed reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Breakfast was fairly good in terms of choice and service. The TV in our room did not work. A sheet of glass in a door through which we had to pass to get to our room was in a dangerous state, having been smashed.

The property was absolutely spotless. The cleanest hotel weve ever stayed in. Would 100% come back Not a dislike at all, but Breakfast could have been slightly bigger for the price.
-
The hotel was nice but room was so small. Parking was very difficult. The photos on website show very large rooms. We had a very tight squeeze twin room. So small we kept crashing into a piece of furniture. I wish we had one of the bigger rooms advertised to make our stay more pleasant.

It was well presented, and had a beautiful dining room. My room was overlooking the sea which was beautiful, but the down side was the traffic noise. It was a decent sized room and well equipped. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. A big to difficult to park but I was fortunate that some left vacated a space and I was able to purchase a parking permit from the hotel.
