Beach Front Guest House

It was a cute, blue townhouse directly across from the beach.

This guest house features an interior that evokes a slightly retro beach resort hotel, creating a wonderful atmosphere. In the ocean-view rooms, you can enjoy a resort-like ambiance reminiscent of something out of a movie. The facilities, cleanliness, and breakfast are all satisfying, and I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Eastbourne. Parking is on the seafront street in any available space, but if you don't arrive before 6:00 pm, when parking becomes free, you may not find a spot near the Beach Front Guest House. There are many places along the road where parking is allowed, though, so it's unlikely that you won't be able to find a space at all.

The room is everything you need. Very clean and very comfy bed. Breakfast was good fresh and plenty of options alongside fruit, coffee/tea and juices. Perfect location right on the front and walking distance (10 minutes) from the shopping centre. Nothing the stay was perfect. Maybe a hair dryer in the room but not a negative really. Stairs could be an issue for some people but not for me.

Beach Front Guest House is everything I want when I'm staying somewhere, lovely staff, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast to start the day! Nothing to dislike other than the weather, I'm not sure that's the fault of the hotel though :)

The location was brilliant clean tidy room. Breakfast was excellent and the honesty bar a bonus.A very comfortable stay and a lovely lounge area with seating in the window overlooking the front. Karen who works here is so friendly we had a nice chat with her so down to earth and a bubbly character Nothing bad to say about our stay here

Breakfast was freshly cooked, second floor sea view room was a large size with a bay window overlooking the sea There was 4 small flights of stairs, we were warned about this prior to arriving. This would not stop us going again or recommend

Location was great, breakfast delicious. Had the top room, not the hotels fault. Advise them before you arrive if you have mobility issues.

Everything was great. A large very confortable room with a sensational view. Very clean. The room was large enough for all 3 of us to be at rase. Nice balcony where you could seat and not only enjoy the view but hear the sea.
