Amazing place with astonishing sea view.

Everything was excellent, we were able to check-in early, the family room was clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the sea, and well located. The Breakfast was excellent as well. Richard was great would definitely recommend staying here. Nothing that I can think off.

The room was lovely, spacious and clean, with amazing sea views. Highly rate the family room for two adults and one child. Nothing.

A very cozy hotel with a warm and lovely host -- that’s why I chose to stay here again on my second visit to Eastbourne. The interior is beautifully decorated and full of character. My favorite part is the duvet — it’s soft and smells wonderful. I’ll miss this place.

Great location close to the pier and our room had a sea view. Richard was a great host always gives good tips for things to do and see in Eastbourne.

the room was lovely, loved the decor, very cosy and warm. had an amazing view of the sea and the pier. The breakfasts were the breakfasts of champions! delicious, perfectly cooked and very filling. Good coffee too which was great. nothing! it was perfect

Right on the seafront and an easy walk to the pier and town Center. Many pubs and places to eat nearby. Clean and bed super comfortable. It was ok. Decor is very dated. Not really a hotel - more like a guest house. Shower was dreadful. Cooking smells in the property.

This hotel has an excellent location, allowing you to gaze at the sea and the moon at night. What impressed me the most

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. You could come and go as you pleased. Breakfast was excellant. Location was very good. Just a tad noisy from traffic on first night.

Great location, amazing room veiws, very freindly staff. It was a lovely old style house, very clean and freindly. There's no lift, so if yr on the 3rd floor it certainly keeps you fit

Richard was a great host and gave us the benefit of his knowledge of the area at breakfast. We stayed 4 nights and had breakfast every morning. There was a good choice of cooked fare and we both tried kippers which were superb. The view from room 5 was as good as it gets in Eastbourne and we enjoyed a couple of drink while looking out at the sea. We walked from the hotel to East Dean, Beachy head and Sovereign Harbour, all great walks with magnificent views. Local eateries are reasonably priced and we really enjoyed the Thai Restaurant Sabadee. Going home.

I enjoyed my stay the room was nicely decorated and bed was very comfortable the sea view was gorgeous The only thing I would say is its a bit pricey as it didn't include breakfast which was dissapointing

Beautiful location and a lovely room with a view of the sea Richard was very friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to be there. Amazing home cooked breakfast too! Will definitely return A little noisy at times with window open during the night but couldn't be helped being along the sea front
