Lovely, spacious sea view room. Fridge. Clean. Receptionists lovely. Enjoyed being served breakfast as apposed to a buffet. Not enough sockets in the room for a family of three with phones to charge. 4 sockets, 3 taken up by TV, fridge and much-needed fan. USB points would be helpful

Location No cafe facility open on arrival mid day, had to go out for coffee and sandwich
-
Good location. Breakfast was served quickly and generally ok. Staff seemed disinterested and room decor in need of overhaul. In no way affected our stay and perfect for an overnight stop. Be aware of the late locking. Night staff have to let you in.

What's not to like? Great value, nice and clean and great location Couldn't fault anything

Good location and easy reach of the beach ️ and the town centre which is a very nice place to go and visit. Not much really.

they'd put a fan in my room which was a lovely gesture as it was a very hot 2 days in Eastbourne. Got there one hour before check in time & my room was ready which I was very grateful for. Didn't try the breakfast but it looked popular. They didn't do an evening meal which, I guess was understandable as there were loads of places to eat out in Eastbourne.

It was clean and comfortable Small hot room, poor evening bar service and the breakfast was over priced and warm.
-
Location and friendliness of receptionist, she was extremely polite and helpful I know it was a budget room, but room 246 was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in
-
Decent sized room, clean and perfect for a night's stay. Bit dated, but to be expected.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, WiFi available. Parking permits available for £2.50 for 24 hours. Trouble with keycard getting in to the door to get to my room, it took multiple atempts ! No view, no fan, only duet, not enough towels for 2 people. Tv didn’t work. Ok for a few nights.

Very good

I didn’t have it! Parking was a nightmare and the rooms were dated. However, I was only staying for work so I had everything I needed

Excellent team, friendly and available. I often stop here and am a frequent client.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helpful, providing a map of the area, there were also lots of tourist leaflets for those wanting to go further afield. There was a small lift if needed. The room was clean and a lovely size with good views of the sea. Tea and coffee making facilities which was replenished daily. Also had clean towels daily. Breakfast was okay with a few choices cooked to order. The bed was comfortable and spare pillows in the wardrobe. The hotel was approx 10 mins walk from the pier and the town. Lots to do in the area including the land train and open top bus to Beachy Head. Breakfast choices were ok but It would be good to have a healthier choice breakfast eg. Fresh berries and greek yoghurt and granola. Sweeteners with refreshments in the room would be good. The shower head wasn't very high and couldn't be moved. Ok for me but not for a taller person. One night was very noisy from people at the adjoining hotel but otherwise it was okay.
