Location Their cleanliness is so bad. We got bad odours from the bed sheet and room corner.

Location is good , had entertainment although not for me , bar open all day although again I was visiting other places Breakfast wasn't to my liking , having to queue to get cereal , cold drinks n fruit . Then having to order breakfast from menu which for me was a full English, yet if ordering single items were only allowed 5 ? .. surely a buffet is the modern way . Also my time frame was 8 till 9 which also made it more regimented and not a relaxing atmosphere. Other people in the queue were getting stressed to the point of pushing to the front as their coach was going to leave them behind . Not my idea of a relaxing few days on the coast and sad to say I wouldn't pick this hotel again for these reasons

Beautiful building, great location, easy parking, staff helpful, fan in room, which was needed. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. The lifts were good! I ordered a pina colada and they put lemon juice in it, which shouldn’t be there. When I took it to the bar and said it wasn’t as sweet as I would like and could they put something in it to make it sweeter they said they could only do this if I paid extra. Not impressed! Never had that reaction anywhere before. Think staff training needed.

The location and staff No window to open in the bathroom. No aircon , a fan that was useless. Window in the main room could only open a few inches. Only had one set of towels and one mug ,there was 2 of us

Our room was very nice and we had a lovely sea view Beds wasn’t really that comfortable for us anyway, the floorboards are very creaky in.our room and above us and the traditional breakfast was over cooked.

Great location. Good value. Good for a night . Only one lift and small not great when hotel was full of OAPs on there coach holiday , all leaving early morning at the same time . Also being told what time you have to have breakfast

Location is really good, just infront of the beach with parking. Breakfast was good as well. Hope on/off bus service is there just infront of the Hotel, which is very convenient. Second day our name was left out from the breakfast slot and I had to wait 40 mins for a table. That was disappointing. But staffs are really good. so I don't want to complain.

Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. It does need a bit of TLC as certain elements of the Hotel needs money spent on it. One aspect that was annoying was creaking floorboards from the room upstairs.

Room had a nice view out to sea and night scenes along the promenade were lovely. Crowded breakfast room, although to be fair the staff handled the situation very well.

Passable

It did as expected. In my view a rather rundown hotel . However I could just about sleep on the narrow single bed Lift worked Doors could have worked without problems. The hotel would clearly give a better experience if renovated.

The view from the hotel room was nice The room was clean The general peace of the environment If the breakfast can have more options of pastries
