Great location. Comfy bed. Fridge in room. There was a pee smell - like someone wet the bed or peed in the corner of the room? If I stayed away from the corner of room, all was fine.

Nothing the single room is very small and larger towel with a rubbish bin.

Nothing really do with the hotel but there is a lot of street rubbish on the road especially empty alcohol cans, bottles, cigarette butts

The kindest, most genuine, and helpful staff went above and beyond to retrieve my personal toiletries that were accidentally removed by the cleaning team. We had a wonderful stay—thank you for your amazing hospitality!

The property was very close to the beach, and it was clean uncomfortable for the given price. The caretaker was very professional and helped us whenever needed. Noise control, we had a very loud drunk, couple, running, arguing, fighting, screaming in the room right above us in the midnight 2 AM. Really horrible experience, but the caretaker sorted it out straight away. Though sleep was disturbed we were still shaken by this incident, we weee reassured by caretaker after.

I had a great room

The owner was so helpful changed my room to a lower floor at no extra charge..

Hotel ran down a bit..not the fault of owners, more the sad decline of the old fashioned British seaside hotels...staff were friendly and helpful and polite..for price and location can't really grumble...not the best and not the worst either..room is clean and reasonably quiet so for price..it's ok Bit old fashioned needed a bit modern to it...not the hoteld fault it's the fact it's Victorian ,like Eastbourne needs a good paint and tidying up

Location was excellent, staff friendly, bed comfy. No TV signal, poor Ariel, would benefit from a booster Ariel. Room not cleaned properly before arrival, found plastic lid in the middle of the floor. Picture set on the wall had two of the four pictures hung upside down.
