Budget hotel with budget price,appreciate hospitality of the manager, Hotel is in perfect location for local trips,bus to Brighton and the Seven sisters hike just by the pier. Shops and other attractions within a walking distance, can come without a car as parking is in pay and display bays, I had a bike and was allowed to park by the reception. Hot shared shower ,tea fridge and toaster in the room . Thanks, will use in the future Nothing

The bed was comfortable. Staff were welcoming. Just very dated, shabby and expensive for what we got (it was a last minute booking). Carpets had stains. No mirror in bath room. No wardrobes - just cupboard in wall blocked by the bed, no hangers or pole to hang any clothes on. Other family members paid less money for a room at The View hotel that was vastly superior to the room we stayed in.

It was cheap. Although the decor was tired, it was clean. No mirror in the room. Cigarette burns in the bed cloths. No hand basin plug.

It was close to the town There was cobwebs in the shower, the leads for the TV ie the power lead and the aerial lead was sticking out to which me and my partner nearly fell over. They had left the hoover in our room which I nearly fell over it. No parking spaces that are allocated for thus hotel. Shower was small, im a small person and yet my arms was hiting the sides of the shower. For the price I paid I think it was to much, would've been happy to pay £25 or £30 for the night there.. definitely not £45

Location Close to the seaside this is only good think On your website the info was double bedroom with sea view - that’s not true I want my money back as what is on the website does not reflect reality
