Booked and paid for via Booking.com. A few days after payment, I got a message from the hotel that they were closing with immediate effect, and would refund me. Still waiting. Had to book elsewhere, so extra unexpected costs a week before departure.

Nothing completely nothing. Worst room and service every i had in my entire life Everything

It was very close to seafront and exactly where we needed to be for the airshow, roughly 2 min walk. The beds were comfy and soft, I was quite comfy. Tea and coffee provided They had a vending machine in the lobby with cold drinks . Convenience stores, theatres and restaurants close by. Waited quite a while to check in as the staff were on the phone in back room. Rooms weren't cleaned properly noticed they only changed bedding and bins. The sink didn't drain properly. Bathroom wasn't cleaned, stains around the toilet and used bath products around bath tub ( was there as we entered on arrival). Quite noisy in the evenings , upstairs and downstairs. Stains on mattress (but luckily had mattress protector and multiple covers). No water for kettle , wasn't informed if water in bathroom tap was safe to use? Bit expensive for 2 nights especially for a 3 star hotel that isn't very hygienic

Location Hotel was extremely dirty there was underwear and hair clip fag tips all under bed! The noise was horrendous above sounded like furniture was being moved around until 3am! There was a door outside my room constantly banging all night! Even contacted reception at 3.30am! Had 2 hours sleep all-night ruined my stay and plans as I left hotel at 8am and only waited till that time to speak to receptionist which got me know where.... Hotel is definitely not as described ? What you see on the pictures is not what you get.... I've had to cancel all my plans and come home as I. So tired! Absolutely gutted ? a complete waste of my trip....

Outdated and dirty corridors When we arrived the room smelled like Domestos and dirty socks, opening the window didn't help Yellow stains on the bedding and mattress

Price Too noisy. I contacted the front desk to complain. No one answered the phone after multiple tries. Then I emailed the hotel several times. This was a very unpleasant experience. There was construction going on near my room until 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. Horrible!?

The tv worked well in our room and we got upgraded from the room we booked when we got there for no extra charge, the bed was also comfy When we got into the room the bedsheets were completely dirty, had hair on them and lots of brownish stains which I found disgusting I did go to reception and said about it and the cleaner came and changed them

I refused to actualy stay there ..the main entry to reception was disgusting..it the main doors look like they were hit with a missile..glass broken..boarded up..it looked like the place was shut down..reception was dirty and smellls bad...at that point i took me and the wife out of the situation Id rather they have the money for free than spend 1 night there..so we went and found another place to stay..AVOID! Same as above..AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The communication with the hotel was great. I was booking on behalf of someone else and they kept me informed of everything. Also, they have been speedy at sending invoices and flexible with booking requests. Would really recommend.

The reception was very helpful Didn’t have good night sleep when I stayed there, when people was walking I could hear them from another hall & was not quiet when they was talking, people kept slamming doors in the morning. I had to change rooms as the first room could not lock the door from inside properly I went to turn the lock felt like & it looked like it was locked all the way I pushed down the handle & it unlocked easily. The shower was cold there was no hot water I even left the shower running for a little bit for hot water to come through but there was none. There was couple of stains on the bed & pillow. The window didn’t shut it was windy & all you can hear is the window banging on the wall. I manage to change rooms, second room was a lot better, the only down side was there was mould on the shower floor.
