Location with parking is great. Nice and clean and well kept. The owners and staff are all welcoming, informative and just lovely. Good breakfast. Our second stay here and when returning to Eastbourne this will always be our choice.

This is a lovely old house. The furnishings keep the character of the building and the whole ambience is of comfort and “cosy-ness” The owners and staff were attentive and friendly- very nice people. The room was comfortable; tea, coffee and water supplies were readily available; the breakfast was very good. The location is very good for the seafront, Downs and facilities of the town. Just the stairs - due to the age of the building- but we did do long walks during the days - and we are a bit “older”.

A great central location. Clean and tidy.Lovely hosts and a very good breakfast.So good to have the room we requested. My husband struggled with the stairs to breakfast room but we knew this would be the case when we booked but it didn’t stop us returning.

Very welcoming staff, the bedrooms were amazing, high ceilings, sea views, spacious and airy. The rooms had all the facilities you could want and need. I felt calm and peaceful here.

We were particularly impressed with the staff , who were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. We thought that the breakfast was very good value for money. Nicely cooked and a good choice. Very little really. We missed a sea view and would have liked separate shampoo. Television only had freeview, so we used our laptop to catch up with the previous night’s football match - not really much of an issue to us, though.

Gorgeous B&B by the ocean. Staff are super lovely and offer an extensive breakfast each morning. We were there when it was hot but the windows/ fan cooled our room to a comfortable temperature. Walking distance from lots of restaurants but off the Main Street so you don’t get too much noise at night. Walking distance from the train station. Would definitely stay again! Wasn’t a problem for us but there’s no elevator so depending which room you stay in, you need to go up a few flights of stairs
