The hotel was located close to the theatre, nice restaurants and 3 minutes walk from the beach. The room was fine, with comfortable bed, and en-suite. For the location and the time of year it was very good value. The room was a bit dated and the door was difficult to close without the key, sadly the bar in the basement was closed.

Location good for town centre & sea front, could actually see a bit of sea from our window. The lift was very small & seemed a bit dated.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We paid a low price and were near the sea front. We had two communications from the hotel before our stay, both useful. We were greeted by a lovely man, who told us all we needed to know for our stay and furnished us with a fan as we were on the top floor. The room was recently decorated and clean with all we needed. The water pressure and seagulls waking early - both things we do not expect the hotel to rectify.

The hotel is in a great location a few minutes from the beach and lovely restaurants. The common parts are newly decorated. The bottle of water on arrival is a nice touch. Don't have to worry about carrying luggage up stairs as there is a lift. We were in a room on upper level which had views of the hills and a cool breeze We were on upper floors so shower pressure wasn't great. The pillows could do with updating or have a pillow protector.
