Well presented and in good order . The room was extremely comfortable, clean and the facilities were exceptional Nothing to dislike

We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had a huge gorgeous bedroom with a lovely new fitted shower room. The staff couldn't do more for you. I would definitely stay here again. We couldn't find how to turn the TV on. (Room 8) But as we were very tired it didn't bother us too much.

Location was great, room was large, quiet. Owner was very nice and gave us choice of room. A few little touches would make this place exceptional… some artwork, fresh paint colors, etc. wasn’t sure about the dining room, needed a welcome book in the room to flip through.

Location, room size, quietness and really helpful staff We couldn’t get really cold water out the bathroom tap so we bought bottled water often.

location was superb, finding the property was not as straightforward as I'd hoped. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was superb, Availability of off street parking was, although expected, a real bonus. Comfort, finishing of the room (room 14) slightly disappointing in light of the room rate. Friday evening / Saturday morning aware of drain smell in shower room.

Good location, clean room, good standard of decoration. There was no breakfast available, despite the fact that it was advertised as bed and breakfast, and mentioned on the receipt. The lift was out of order and looked as if it had been that way for some time and we were on the top floor.

Upon arrival we were met by (I think) the owner who was lovely and very friendly. We were shown to our room (no3). The room was immediately clean and nicely presented with high ceilings and large windows. The room was lovely and warm but not too hot. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the shower was lovely. I can’t actually find fault with our stay at all. We parked in the ncp across the road which is £6 for 24 hours but did find out we could of got a pass to park on the street (we we happy to pay the £6). The hotel is only a couple of now all to the town and again a couple of minutes to the seafront and pier. There are some great restaurants only a road or so over too Nothing
