great staff, clean room

Very nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, spacious room. Our only issue was noise. We could hear every conversation from the room next to us. We aren’t light sleepers—their alarm woke us up in the morning and we now know everything about their life. Not sure if it’s just a fluke with the room we were in, but it was strangely loud. Would still stay there again. The staff was very professional

The property is new, fresh and clean. We found the staff pretty good just would have likes a little more personalization. Everything was easy and lots of amenities for business or families. Our only complaint was it was noise. The halls and doors you could hear a lot through.

Very well maintained hotel rooms. good breakfast, perfect for family.

WE specifically asked to have new towels and linens on Day 2 and did not receive them. We had a disjointed reservation and explained although it looked like it was Day 1 - it was our Day 2 in the room. We had to go an get clean towels. They did follow up the next day which was great.

Very clean common areas and room. Little area with snacks and refrigerated drinks for sale and also a lobby bar. We did not hear any noise from the halls or other rooms with our door closed. Comfy beds, good water pressure and temperature in the shower. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Popeyes across the street and many other restaurants-fast food and casual, along with a Target and Wegmans in a 5-10 minute drive. Everyone we met who works there was also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was average. We missed having pastries or donuts. There also were private parties who brought their own food sharing the rather limited seating area. We found this a bit awkward.
