Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Room was a decent size. Not really their fault, but I was there at a time of high temperatures so the room was hot and stuffy through my whole stay and I didn't sleep very well. The window/balcony door did open fully (which isn't often the case these days) but that didn't seem to help much.

My family had 3 rooms with a balcony we could all use. The view of the mountains was fabulous. We enjoyed a swim in the pool. The children liked the chickens, the witches play house and the lawn to play on. Breakfast was good. We walked 1 minute to an Italian restaurant for dinner.

Nice location - quite place near mountains, very clean and cosy. It was very nice to sleep with open windows in nature.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with a wide variety, including fish and vegi options. Large balcony to the east, so delightfully shady when too warm in afternoon. The guest card gave us free entrance to Kufstein tourist facilities. The bathroom was extremely compact.
