The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and quick. WiFi security needs to be updated.

Pillows were not clean. I could not sleep because I kept smelling the pillow. When I asked for another pillow I was given a tiny cushion with a cartoon character on it without a proper fitting cover. Luckily a friend gave me one from her home. The fridge was not working. I mentioned it and nothing was done. The next day I was told I should have known to turn the fridge on - something I could have been told when I mentioned it the day before if it was working at all. No one checked. I spoke to the manger and was met with attitude. There was no will to help nor was there a will to offer compensation. All in all, customer service was not great.

Nice breakfast room, tasty breakfast. Very strong smell of cleaning detergent in room. Broken blinds It wasn’t made clear that the room was next to a building site.

Construction made hotel difficult to access. German beds and blankets are way too small. Parking was tight.

It was clean and the receptionist was nice. Coming for work it was really surprising that the wifi didn’t work for me. Upon asking why the answer was that sometimes for Apple users it doesn’t work (only for Androids). Upon calling Apple and trying various stuff it was obvious that this is a problem on a hotel’s site.

Polite and welcoming staff. Convenient for town centre and dog beach Only one door key as they had lost the other! Cobwebs above kitchen unit. Only minimal equip in kitchen eg only 1 wine glass. Banging noise each time the towel heater came on in bathroom. Needed to switch it off to stop the noise. Floors were not clean-marked and stained. WiFi didn't work - kept losing signal

The hotel is very central and close to the beach, the staff was also friendly as far as we can say and the free parking was also nice. The rooms are quite used already and could definitely need a renovation, especially the shower and in general the bathroom. When we arrived our room was also not really clean, there was dust in all th corners and it just didn't gave us a good feeling. We wouldn't pay this price again to stay there in the future although the location was great itself.
