The staff was very helpful and very kind to us.

Clean, hot tub, breakfast fit right in with my stay, coffee was good

Room was pretty spacious we got the king size bed with pull out bed. Staff was friendly too and the hall smells like new.

Cheap, comfortable, recently updated, 15 mins from msp airport.

Room was very wet/moist and air w very he y. Looked like mold was forming on the ceiling. Shower shampoo and conditioner was empty. Body wash bottle was missing from the shower.

The hot water took about 10 minutes to arrive at the shower, when it was nearly immediate last week. Real inconsistences.

The hotel was clean and newly furnished/decorated. The staff were outstanding. I highly recommend the Spark.

Conveniently located and well maintained. Great value too.

I liked the location and that the pool and hot tub were working. No microwave in the room. Door isn't latch all the way when shut unless pushed or pulled on pretty hard. Breakfast could have more options like scrambled eggs or meat. The hard boiled eggs were very hard to peel.

The hotel was comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast. The disappointing feature was the amount of time the front desk person spent on the phone while two customers waited.

The room was clean and well maintained. When I walked into the room the TV had a welcome message on it with my name on it. It had a shower with a clear glass door. The room came with a breakfast, however it was only the typical continental breakfast. The parking lot was well lit, and clean. When ordering door dash it brings up best western for the address, but you do have the option to select the address individually instead. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In all this was a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The staff went above and beyond during my stay and I was very thankful! The rooms were pretty standard. They were clean and I liked that they restocked towels daily. A lot of hotels no longer offer daily service.

Clean, convenient location.

Room wasn’t clean. Tv remote was gross, towels were brownish in color, mattress was horrible, room smelt terrible had to open the window and crank the AC, smelt like a locker room. Surroundings were very loud, could hear doors opening, people talking.

I found the staff very professional and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Although, could here people above. Breakfast room was clean. Okay, choices for breakfast. Although, more GF options would have been nice. Coffee maker in room would have been nice. Parking was ample. Convenient location for my trip. I will definitely stay at Sparks by Hilton again.

Very clean room and hotel. Very small area off the parking lot to walk dogs supplied with bags to clean up. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was laid out nicely. Cold only but did include fruit. Would come here again.
