There are office hours during the day where the staff can help you with anything but they do have after hours check in and out options. Just call. Lots of parking, you can walk to a gas station, quiet, and clean. Everything i want in a hotel stay.

Everything was awesome as per my 5 stars. The only difficulty is that the air conditioning unit is in the living room/kitchen, so it has to be really cold to reach back to the bedroom.

We were very pleased with the new ownership and management at the Sea Breeze Inn. The property was renovated beautifully, it felt completely new. Every room is a suite, decorated simply and elegant. All you need is your tooth brush, everything is provided and brand new. The staff was professional and courteous. Kelly made sure we had every thing we needed with a smile. Very convenient location between New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater. No doubt 100% better than the previously owners. Nothing was overlooked, everything was 5 star.

Granted the AC is in living room, but the room we stayed in has an inside wall fan that help blow the air into the bedroom, & we leave the bedroom's door open too. So all in all it was better than we expected. The owner/staffs truly fix up this place. We will definitely be back again.

Ended up here for a quick one night stay. Found the staff was friendly, room was clean and the studio setup was a pleasant surprise. Location was good. Would stay here again.

The rooms are awesome. It's a queen suite and has everything I needed down to dishes. I WILL stay here again when coming to the beach ⛱️. The room doors have a code and not a card to have to keep up with. If you are like me I lay the card down and forget about it and run to the car and now I'm locked out. Here it's a code and I like that a lot. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hell, I could live here.
