    The upkeep on the place could use some work. They need to replace the curtains in all the rooms, clean up the front entrance and fix the ice machines and some walls. The breakfast needs to be beeter with more variety of foods

    The rooms were dirty. The initial room I was in had bugs and a mouse as well as mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Some lights didn’t work and signed was bent and broken. Only 1 ice machine worked and pool was “out of order”. When asked to switch rooms the desk person acted as if I bothered him. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere!!!!!!

    The hotel smells really bad and I found mouse traps u see the air conditioner. Paint is peeling off the walls and the carpet in the walk way is very dirty. The staff is great and they are lucky to have them. If they clean this place up and invest in it it would be nice.

    The front desk guy was extremely rude. The place was extremely dirty and run down. My air conditioner didn't work. The front desk guy told me he was sold out and they were absolutely not. Had a comment about everything. I ended up leaving. He made no attempts to fix anything and basically laughed and lied to my face. Horrible experience that I would not recommend for anyone.

    The place had a bad smell. I figured out why when I got to the second floor, there was garbage piled up to the ceiling all day. The floor in the hallway was littered with trash. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work very well so they gave me two fans which led me to believe they knew the air-conditioning sucked and had fans ready on standby.

    The whole place had a musty old smell to it. Sometimes the least expensive isn’t the best way to go.

    There was a removal sign advertising an indoor pool outside … however once inside there was another sign stating the pool, gym and laundry room were closed .. We also had early tournaments, so we did not even get the complementary breakfast… it seems like it was served later than most hotels . Overall it was a great deal for the money … but if a laundry room to wash a kids’s uniform after day one of a tournament is a selling point .. I would suggest calling to see if it’s open .

    Nothing My room had mold ALL over the walls and ceiling! We checked in very late and the hotel was full and nothing could be done that night. 36 hours later I got sick!!! Im fighting to get my money back!

    The facility is old and no amenities are available. The breakfast quality is very low - supplies are very limited. They don’t even make your bed even you ask for it. The location is good if you need to go to Coppermine Copperplex.

    Easy and convenient to get to. Clean. Room was spacious. Everyone we encountered was nice. Parking was limited the later you got there. Couldn’t find anyone at the front desk when we were checking out. You could tell repairs were fixed with a bandage.

    For the price, the room was outdated, but ok. Smelled a little musty when we first arrived, but improved with lower AC temps. Luckily, the room did not look like other areas of the hotel. We travel for sports, so we tend to stay on the cheaper side when possible. The workout room was out of order and was filled with broken equipment, boxes, and trash bags. Across from the workout room was a previous meeting room that was also filled with boxes and trash. The pool was out of order, too. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. My daughter was looking forward to a swim after a long day playing lacrosse. Breakfast was very simplistic - Cheerios, Cornflakes, apples, and waffle batter that didn’t work. The outside property was not well kept in regards to landscaping with weeds and overgrown shrubs.

    DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel lobby and hallways were hot and humid, with wallpaper peeling in places and missing ceiling tiles showing black stains. I checked into a Suite with a jetted tub. The room was hot and humid and wouldn’t cool down with the air conditioning struggling. There was wallpaper peeling in multiple spots of the room. The bathroom vent was covered in black mold. The armchair and footstool had stains all over them. The nightstand had trash in it from a previous guest. The room was filthy and surfaces were sticky to the touch. I only stayed long enough to book a hotel room somewhere else and checked out. I explained all the issues to the hotel front desk person, and inquired about a refund. They referred me back to Expedia since that is who I booked through. After chatting with an Expedia representative, they called the hotel and got approval to refund me the full amount of my one night stay. I was very happy with the way Expedia handled the situation. The Quality Inn should not be open for business until they complete their renovations.
