Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again.

Stole a $100 deposit. Claimed we had a pet in the room because they found pet hair when we never had a pet. Our clothes may bring in a very small amount of pet hair because we own a dog at home but we did not ever bring a pet anywhere near this property and they are using this excuse to steal our deposit. The screenshots of a video they sent looked scammy as well. Wouldn't trust this property ever again and neither should anyone else. We're young adults living penny to penny and bought a cheap room to spend a night away from home just to get robbed of $100 that we needed to make bills. Absolutely awful place.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep in the bed. Slept in chair instead.

The complimentary breakfast was very limited and lacked many of the standard options typically offered at hotels. The lobby was also extremely outdated and did not leave a great first impression. As a solo traveler, I felt uncomfortable during my stay. There were multiple occasions where I encountered guests walking around shirtless in common areas, and there also appeared to be individuals loitering around the property. Combined with the overall condition of the hotel, the atmosphere felt poorly managed and unprofessional, and I did not feel at ease leaving my room once I checked in. The low price was the only positive aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, it was not enough to outweigh the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort issues. I would not recommend this property to families, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

Very clean room and hot shower.

This place is disgusted and infested with roaches. It is essentially a run down motel now managed by Ramada. Our first room had holes in the wall and roaches in the bathroom and on the bed. The carpet felt like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bed was hard as a rock and we woke up several times due to being uncomfortable. We asked to change rooms. We didn't see any roaches (poolside) and the room was slightly better (no holes on drywall) but the shower was leaking the whole time and there was hair in the supposedly clean sink. I expect more for over $100 a night.

Rooms need updating. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

Tiny pillows! Very uncomfortable. Checked in late and left very early so I have no comments about breakfast, Air conditioner worked fine although noisy. Staff very kind and helpful.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I called in advance to request a cot in my room. Upon arriving, I was told there was no more cots for me, despite being told 2 hours prior that one would be placed in my room. Then, I was given an already occupied room. The front desk staff finally sorted the situation and I received a room with a cot, but this caused delay during the late night hours when our party hoped to be asleep.

The room was clean in good repair and smelled great they had satchet of potpourri on a hanger to make it smell good but it did not affect my asthma. The room was very nice bed's in good condition. The pool was clean and in good condition. The staff was very helpful because I was traveling alone with my girls. He even ensured. I had a room right at the top of the stairs right across from the pool to make it easy. The breakfast was small. You had cereal, muffins or danishes to pick from but adequate and Denny's is across the street. Dunkin donuts is right in front of the hotel

The rooms were old, this is a motel that they slapped a ramanada inn sign on. This is not for a family, this is one of those places that truck drivers sleep at.

I requested late checkout online which read “pending” at the time of check in. I confirmed with the front desk clerk that I need late check out(1pm). 3 different times housekeeping keeps banging on the door! I yell out late check out! The front desk calls, I tell them I requested late checkout online as well as check in, his response was the evening clerk didn’t leave housekeeping a note:( I was totally annoyed! The do not disturb sign was not in the room, at least I was too annoyed to notice. Housekeeping didn’t get a tip because of that! Better communication from front desk to housekeeping! $25 to be disturbed 3 times. I don’t think I was charged after that but the point was to not be disturbed.
