The sheets were clean, staff friendly. Everything else was really not good. Outside of property is a disaster, hallways dirty, room barely clean, place held together by bubble gum and tape.

The two people at the front desk were wonderful. Everything else was a total disaster. The smoke alarm chirped all night, the hotel was terribly maintained, and I wouldn’t have left my 15 y/o kid by herself in the room. We didn’t stay for the second night we booked, and lost our money. It was that terrible. We found a different place to stay.

Cleanliness was definitely an issue here. We had to wipe down the room when we arrived, especially the bathroom. We found a some false eyelashes, some weird fuzz and we needed to wipe down the entire shower stall. No carpet in the room so that was good. Also the facility itself was not too well maintained - looks like they have not vacuumed in quite some time and it smelled a bit strange. Not bad if you need to be in town but be prepared with shower shoes, wipes & Lysol.

Property is a one quarter converted sleep-in. Not vacuumed anywhere, unpainted wall patches behind front desk and every wall we could see. Old iron and blow dryers that were damaged and looked use. Ancient shower, tile missing grout it bathroom, damaged furniture, 3 foot weeds in parking lot.

This is a very very basic hotel. No chair in the room. The room itself was clean. Facility itself was not well maintained with standing paddles or water by ice machines. Breakfast was cold items loads of sugar. Yogurts were available but very high sugar options. I picked it to be closer to the fields and avoid the driving. Next time I will book something further away to be in a higher quality place. Staff was okey. I think they offer what they can.

Hotel and room were very grimy, and drawers and closets in our room need to be fully replaced (broken and mold stains in the drawers).

This hotel has seen better days. The exterior is in poor condition...it almost looks abandoned. The lobby is clean and the staff was kind and helpful, but the elevator and the room was pretty gross. The sheets on the bed seemed clean but there were spills on the walls that hadn't been cleaned, the shower was old and had crusted on dirt/mold in the handles and drains and the elevator had dirt, dust and what looked like spilled food in the corners. The common areas were not cooled and were extremely hot. There was zero furniture in the lobby so no space to relax (the queen room was tiny and had one dirty desk chair to sit in). Overall, this was not worth the price and was very disappointing.

Weeds and trash ALL around the property made it look rundown/almost abandoned look if not for a few cars. Hallways hadnt been vacuumed for quite some time. No bedbugs for us but be sure to check. Small "bathroom" only had in it toilet and stand up shower. Sink and mirror were outside of bathroom.

The rooms are dirty and just plain gross. We found mold on our shower door, and our bedspread had dirty spots all over it. I will never stay there again, and I would never recommend it anyone else either. The hotel really needs to invest in the property by remodeling it.

This was the 3rd and final time I'll stay at this property. I hate to write a negative review because the staff is so friendly but hopefully this review will change what their idea of cleanliness is. Every time I have stayed there the rooms and hallways have been filthy. I'm almost certain they don't employ an actual housekeeping staff and it is just 4 or 5 guys running the whole place. This last time was too much. The walls had filth smeared everywhere, hair everywhere, black mold around the shower and I killed 5 cockroaches. 2 adults and 3 babies. After the 1st one I told the staff and they offered to spray the room which I declined because I didn't want any chemical sprayed while I was staying there. I found a moldy package of raspberries in my fridge and a can of Mountain Dew stayed on top of the alarm in the hallway the duration of my stay. The elevator also feels like a gamble with your life every time. On the positive side, the staff is very nice, breakfast is pretty good and the location always works for my travels to the area with lots of things nearby. However, the few positives definitely don't outweigh how dirty the rooms and hallways are. They really need to do a deep clean on every room, one by one.

The property looks abandoned on the outside. Weeds are growing taller than my 13 yo son. Inside, the building was in bad condition, had a lot miles on it and was really loud. Will not stay here again.
