Facility was clean spacious Breakfast was included in the price but the attendant refused until I proofed it to her by showing my confirmation. I had the same problem in the morning during breakfast.

Physically, everything was nice. But sincerely, the staff was wonderful. Even making alterations to my stay, they were so helpful and accommodating, even on the phone before my stay even started. I have the same convention twice a year, and I will stay there every single time

Front desk was rude and lied a few times, bad communication skills. Pool was dirty, garbadge, hair, leaves, black mold was floating around.

They staff was kind of rude and not very accommodating. The thermometer in my room was put in backwards. So the heat was cool and he cool was heat. At one time is was 77° in my room. The cool would only go down to 65° but the heat would go down to 40

Very small bed for two people to sleep, asked do they have Queen, staff not cared about the guest comfort.

The lady at the bar and the guy at the check-in have been amazing. The rest ist Sheraton style. You know what you get. A real Starbucks is in the house., y’all love it. The interior of the lobby is not really my style but clean and functional.
