Booking.com: Normally you have a good reputation and I trust your services. I didn't check on the ratings of this hotel which you had under your options. I did see the pictures, though they look very nice. Though this hotel is really of poor quality and the pictures do not represent the real situation of the hotel. You should not be offering it within your services Terrible accommodation. Not clean, all shaby. At the reception desk, reparations done with tape and self made. The reception is fully chaotic. The personal is not there and there were notes saying "back in 15 min". Though it was merely coincidence that there was someone to meet. Please read the comments on google.com of this hotel. I agree with most of them. Rooms are in bad shape. I was changed 3 times of room due to different problems. Air conditioning broke in one and starting producing toxic gases. In another room the fridge had rotten food inside and was in a bad situation. The aisles, all over water dripping with smelly carpets and in some point mold in the roof and carpets. In general, not worth staying here. I don't think this hotel should have a "3 rating"...If you look at google rating you will see that most of the comments are 1 Star.

I had a wonderful stay at the Raritan Hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I truly appreciated the pleasant atmosphere and would gladly stay here again!
