The property is very nice and clean with very welcoming staff. Rooms are very spacious and the area in which the building is positioned is very quiet There’s no breakfast area but you can survive without one

It's a new hotel, with modern fittings, 5 floors The hotel is clean in central areas, but the Ukrainian cleaning staff steal things from rooms..,so they are not allowed in rooms unless you are present, as a result towels are not changed and beds not made and bins not emptied, floors not cleaned, used toiletries not replaced..ect,but they do not tell you of this problem.. find out when you get back from the beach. There is problem with the water system, pipes resonates loudly every morning, so they turn the water off or reduce the pressure, so its a trickle in every room, so you cannot shower some days at all. We got compensated but annoying not being able to shower when it's 30°C... Hotel manager was rude when we complained, we eventually got new towels each day but room was never cleaned throughout our stay, kept quoting 3 star hotel regulations to avoid any cleaning
