It was available. Need refurbishment especially visible for the bathroom. Basically there's nothing as you enter the room except towels. The balcony is big but an unfinished building is in a touching distance!!!

Quite OK. Room and bathroom were big enough, easy parking in front of the hotel, 10-15minutes walk to the beach. (Possible to cut that time by 2/3 by driving part of the way). Wi-fi OK. One of the receptionists spoke very good English. The room was not cleaned after day 1 of our stay (we had 2 nights). I do not expect fresh towels every day,but it would be nice if somebody cleaned the bathroom etc.
