Clean linen, friendly staff. This is our second stay at this hotel. The first time everything was great. This time we were a bit disappointed. We understand that the summer season is over, but the velvet season is in full swing. No warm water: it is difficult to shave or even wash. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work and this caused an unpleasant smell. The door to the balcony with a mosquito net is partially broken. Noise from the roadway next to the hotel. Noisy neighbors: it was impossible to sleep from 5 am.

Clean room, great outdoors, exceptionally friendly staff! We ran out of toilet paper one day, but after we told them, they refilled it and the nearby road is a bit loud.

Parking available, accommodating staff, great size rooms, cleanliness, atmosphere, excellent value for money. The playground is also amazing to have, but ny kid waz a bit young for it. Overall, a perfect choice for us. Some dishes in the kitchen wouldn't hurt, but we made it work :)

Very good hotel. Staff, service, room amenities - all top notch. We will definitely return to this hotel again on our next visit to Eforie Nord. Yes, there are small disadvantages, but they are all insignificant.The shower cubicle in the room is small.There are not enough sockets, and they are non-standard. I would like to have an electric kettle and a hair dryer in the room.
