Nothing They give me the key and when I open the room it was not clean the maid has not cleaned the room when I ask for the same room they go e me a basic roof super dirty and nothing was working he said I’ll call them and have them adjust the charge this place was the worst place I even been

Great Customer Service, Quite & Comfy Spot

The room had a lot of roaches. When front desks was advised he brought raid to spray and offer me to give me my money back, but I had made plans to stay there since I was going to drink next door and I didn’t want to drive.

The ac worked well but had a nasty smell and the vent was disgusting. The first room they gave us had roaches and stains on the bed, furniture, and walls. The second room had a strong cigarette odor that never went away and got worse everytime the ac came on. The bathroom had a weird smell and toilet was leaking. The water from the sink came out white, the shower had old soap residue on it and the towels were dirty. One day the towels weren’t even swapped just hung back up. The staff made me pay $50 cash even though it was included in the online payment and I called ahead to make sure. The refrigerator was smelly and freezer compartment was molded. The microwave had an odor as well and a greasy residue that couldn’t be wiped off with cleaning supplies. There’s cats outside someone is feeding that just pee in the walkways and make it stink. The quilt on the bed had stains and all the walls were stained with SOMETHING it looked like nobody ever cleaned. Like ever. It was just so gross

They need to purchase new key cards i had to go to the office several times to have them actívate the keys
