The floor was dirty. The walk-in shower was old cracking hole. Woke up to a roach crawling on the refrigerator look OK on the outside inside was horrible

The room smell like cat urine and had flees (a person in next room to mine has been occupied in their living with cats) and the door would not lock. I asked if I could check in early the the lady at front desk gave me crap about an incident that years ago involving a friend of mine that was not of my concern blaming me for it. They make you feel like crap for them working their.
