Room and hotel are very clean. Bed was comfy and staff, with the exception of one very nasty desk clerk, were outstanding! Thanks to chef and morning security guard for making me smile!

I stay at this location every time I’m in the area whether for work or personal reasons and they’ve been excellent on every stay. Whenever I need to extend my stay, it’s always a smooth and seamless process. The rooms are always clean & housekeeping staff are very respectful and DO NOT start harassing you BEFORE Checkout time. Parking is 50/50. Luckily enough I always get a park right outside my room window. And if you’re lucky a birdie will come say Hello! (See pic) I’ll be back in a few weeks!

Went to breakfast they took forever!!!! Over one hour and we were the only ones there! The waffles were not fully cooked and they did not have enough staff to help in kitchen and restaurant. Also was not able to checkout later than 12:30 and the cleaning person started to vacuum at 7:30 am outside our door!!!! Never staying here again! Too bad, I hope they fix these issues with their staff.

Professional staff and very clean hotel. Only problem I have was my free breakfast was not ready at 6: 30.... I waited till 7:00 am And it still wasn't ready to be served so I left without getting it

Lots of rest seating in the lobby But carpets needs to clean in public n room area Quite a bit sounds from some microwave even not in use

I had a free breakfast with one of my reservations and when I went there at 6: 30am in the morning they wasn't serving breakfast yet so I left at 7:00 a.m. and breakfast still wasn't set up. I never received my breakfast that I had paid for because I couldn't wait any longer

Great spot. About $50 Uber to Universal Studios from here. Staff was excellent. Pool was too cold to try for me, but the hot tub was nice and in working condition our entire stay. Laundry on site. I would stay here again. The toilet paper sucks. That was honestly the worst thing.
